Project Balanced offers a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of your purchase date at [email protected] for a full refund. Refund requests submitted after 7 days will not be honored. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
